What is English Fizz?
Along with using the same grapes as champagne - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Meunier - English fizz is also imbued with the same chalk that runs under the Champagne region.
It travels under the English Channel, into the South of England, into the grapes,and eventually, into your glass.
Owing to this natural phenomena, English fizz has the same clean taste as champagne - but because of our cooler climate, it has an award-winning crispness that’s all our own.
