On the nose, the familiar aromas of juniper and citrus-lemon zest, which is followed by the slow, subtle sweetness of fennel and cracked coriander seeds. A touch of clove, cinnamon, and vanilla gives it a savoury, spicy depth and a luxuriously long finish.
